Victoria Powell McEntire Victoria Powell McEntire (nee Brent), born in 1944 and raised in Glendale, California, was the eldest daughter of James Ross Brent and Virginia Powell. She passed away after a short illness on September 15, 2017, in San Luis Obispo, California. Vicki graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Nursing. In September 1993, she married Robert Lyonal McEntire. She was an active member in the Latter-day Saint Church serving as a Primary teacher for many years, at the Family History Center, and in the Los Angeles Temple. Vicki loved helping others and practiced compassionate service all her life. Vicki is survived by her husband, Robert Lyonal McEntire; son, James Paul McEntire "Jim"; her sister, Carolyn Powell Rohan; and nieces: Karen Deanne Hukill and Michelle Rene Drew. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at Los Osos Valley Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice or a charity of your choice.
